Data Processing Information

When your organisation uses Scouting AI platform services, you typically act as the data controller for personal data relating to your scouts, staff and recruitment activities. Scouting AI acts as a processor, processing data on your documented instructions.

• User account information for authorised platform users
• Scouting reports, notes and internal recruitment assessments
• Player-related information sourced from licensed data providers and your organisation
• Audit logs and activity records for security and accountability

We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, email and support. A current list of sub-processors is available on request and will be maintained as part of commercial agreements.

We implement organisation-level access controls, encrypted connections, role-based permissions and audit logging designed to support professional recruitment environments. Specific controls are documented in our security materials and Data Processing Agreement.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided to commercial customers as part of onboarding. Contact us to request a copy for evaluation purposes.
